Marissa graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Communication and in 2020 with a Master of Business Administration. During her time as a graduate student, Marissa joined The Hatch® at The Schmidthorst College of Business where she spent 3 years working on designing her patent-pending product and working alongside Falcon Investors for The Hatch® 2020 live event to launch Forever Evolving™ - a patent pending high-impact sports bra company.

Marissa also works in Marketing as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. She has 8+ years of experience in social media marketing and has a passion for helping small businesses get seen and grow online.

Co-President, Business Director

Parker graduated twice from Bowling Green State University - with a Bachelor’s in Journalism in 2019 and with a Master of Business Administration in 2020. He and Marissa met in grad school and are now engaged, in addition to being business partners.

He is also the Vice President of his family’s start-up company, Kern Guitars, where he has executed client relations and grassroots online marketing campaigns for their guitars. He interned with full-service marketing firm, Hart Inc., in Toledo OH, specializing in social media planning, copywriting and marketing analysis. In addition, he ran a small digital marketing agency of his own for two years before merging into MP Media.

Parker is also a professional musician and has written numerous copyrighted scores and songs. He believes that music can help to create a great environment for selling products and services to customers.

He is also the Director of Worship Music at St. John XXIII Catholic Community in Perrysburg, OH, and is an adjunct instructor within the Schmidthorst College of Business at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH, teaching classes in business communications, social media marketing and entrepreneurship.
